          Obesity - As a growing problem

Hello friends, Complaints of obesity have increased in everyone from children to elders due to the restrictions of Corona.  But for this, you should not try too much, instead of worrying about it, you should try to avoid and avoid it.  You should not take wrong steps without knowing.  In such a situation, everyone would like to know about its cause and prevention.  So let me tell you what are the causes of obesity, how to avoid it and how to get rid of it.

Actually, obesity increases due to our own wrong habits.  Especially due to Corona, there are many restrictions due to the lockdown and people are not even getting out of the house due to the fear of Corona.  With our daily routine being inappropriate, this problem is increased, so we have to make some changes in our routine so that we can get rid of this problem.

     tips to prevent and get rid of obesity -

1. Keep three to five year old children active throughout the day -

      According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, children between three and five years of age should remain active throughout the day i.e. exercising and playing sports.  Whereas children from six to seventeen years must exercise one hour a day and run, jump and play.

 2. These options of eating less than hundred calories are helpful in weight loss -

           Children keep asking for food again and again due to staying in the house all day, in such a situation, they can give carrots, apples, bananas or some grapes by not giving food again and again, because these things are low calorie which does not increase obesity.

 3. Do not watch TV or mobile while eating -

           You should not watch TV or mobile while eating, because if you do this then you eat more food and if you eat more then obesity will increase.  So change this habit.


 4. Know how much you should sleep in 24 hours -

           The wrong habit of sleeping also leads to obesity.  Let me tell you how old a person should sleep.  A child of 3 to 5 years should sleep 10 to 13 hours in 24 hours, a child of 6 to 12 years should sleep 9 to 12 hours in 24 hours and a teenager of 13 to 18 years should sleep 8 to 10 hours.
